Come in and chat with us about your project—we’ll show you how AD Library can support you with inspiration, resources, and expert guidance. Whether you're looking for help pulling your ideas together, need access to samples and suppliers, or want to meet the right designers and trades, we’re here to connect the dots. We’ll walk you through how the Library works, what’s available to you as a homeowner, and how to make confident decisions about your home. No pressure, no jargon—just friendly advice to help get your project moving in the right direction. This can be in-house or over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BOOKING REQUEST AND THE TIME AND DATE WILL BE CONFIRMED ONCE OUR MEMBER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. Bookings & Payment ADL Consults are paid sessions and must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Consults are typically 45–60 minutes long and can take place at AD Library or online. Professional Match You may request to meet with a specific industry member (e.g. architect, interior designer, engineer). We’ll do our best to match you with the most suitable professional based on your project needs and availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or a charge of $100 will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next booking. What to Bring To make the most of your consult, we recommend bringing any relevant materials such as: • Floor plans or sketches • Inspiration images • Questions or design challenges • Sample preferences or mood boards Disclaimer AD Library facilitates access to industry professionals but does not provide formal design documentation or assume responsibility for decisions made following the consult. Further design services or follow-up work may be arranged separately with your chosen professional.
