Not sure which product, material, or finish is right for your project? Book a Product Education Consult with the AD Library team. We’ll walk you through samples, compare options, explain technical details, and help you feel confident in your selections—whether you're choosing tapware, tiles, cabinetry finishes or anything in between. Perfect for homeowners who want expert guidance before making big decisions. Each consult comes with a months access to the architectural sample library and option to browse and borrow these samples.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BOOKING REQUEST AND THE TIME AND DATE WILL BE CONFIRMED ONCE OUR MEMBER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. Bookings & Payment ADL Consults are paid sessions and must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Consults are typically 45–60 minutes long and can take place at AD Library or online. Professional Match You may request to meet with a specific industry member (e.g. architect, interior designer, engineer). We’ll do our best to match you with the most suitable professional based on your project needs and availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or a charge of $100 will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next booking. What to Bring To make the most of your consult, we recommend bringing any relevant materials such as: • Floor plans or sketches • Inspiration images • Questions or design challenges • Sample preferences or mood boards Disclaimer AD Library facilitates access to industry professionals but does not provide formal design documentation or assume responsibility for decisions made following the consult. Further design services or follow-up work may be arranged separately with your chosen professional.
